I took a brisk walk around the Capitol this morning before the inauguration. While bitterly cold, it warmed my soul to not see National Guard troops patrolling it.

Got stung by Salt Lake City’s finest fee collection agency, parking enforcement, yesterday whilst grabbing a Crew (on a Kaiser) from my favorite, Gandolpho’s downtown. Had I known this was a omen for what the rest of the day would have been, I would have made different choices.
