Every time I started to cook the dog, my better half started stoking the flame and kicking up ash and ambers. It probably took 20 minutes to cook that sucker. No complaints. Great company, decent food, awesome ambiance.

Every time I come across a shortening or simplification I always wonder if it is Americans at our laziest.
