1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (this spoiled bitch still has some paprika we picked up in Hungary)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon round cumin
When the steak is room temperature, rub in on all sides and let sit at least 30 minutes before searing. Cook steak 4 minutes (per inch) per side, let rest for 5 minutes.
