It feels like yesterday when I shared my latest food find, the infamous Bacon Explosion, with anyone one in earshot. Mastering that decadence was just one the many wins I accumulated along the path to my Recipe Whisperer title.

In that vein, I spoiled my family yesterday with this beast. Bacon wrapped chicken with cream cheese and jalapeños filling goodness. Instead of a BBQ sauce, I used pork rub on the bacon. Baked in the convection over till temp hit ~150F, removed to let rest. Served with roasted green beans, pineapple and chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.
