Alternate title: Easy E easily drinks Bourbon Tea.

A couple years back the AC unit died. I decided to postpone replacement for a variety of reasons. Cost, too damn lazy, kids should be out and about and not sitting in front of the TV, why cool an empty house, etc.

Years later, AC still dead. During the pandemic I moved my home office into the downstairs where is naturally cooler. Life is good.

What does any of this have to do with Easy Bourbon Tea? Absolutely nothing.

Recipe:

• 1 1/2 ounce Bourbon (your fav)
• 1/2 ounce Lemoncello
• 4 ounces chilled black tea
• optional, garnish with lemon
