Found this over abundant use of locks whilst taking pictures of the old Smith & Wesson storage center down by the river just off 24th street. Honestly I think welding on a new, longer chain would have been more cost effective.

This happens at least three out of four weeks. If I had thought about it sooner, I would have let my dog out to clean up the mess. Quite a site watching him lay on the ground and licking the concrete. Next time perhaps.
