For as much shit as I talk about fast food, I thought I better document this suicide attempt.  For the record it reminded me once again why I hate this kind of food.  Its sad I have these moments where I hate myself so much I inflict this kind of suffering.  The heart burn it caused … what a dummy.

I should pick of smoking again.  At least there I have some fond memories.  Favorite one being a black cup of coffee with a cigarette in the morning rain.
